Returns
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after we have begun cutting fabric for your suit, because all suits are custom made according to your measurements. Please contact our customer service at support@jewellcustombikinis.com if you have any questions about your order, or to make any changes. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct measurements

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received within 24 hours of original order. A full refund will be given if you cancel within this time. No cancellations are accepted for RUSH orders.

Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jewell Custom Bikinis LLC, 5559 NW Barry Rd #403, Kansas City MO 64154, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

COVID-19 Measures: We source all of our fabrics from the US, and at this time may be experiencing delays in shipments because of COVID-19. Your order may be delayed as a result, and we will notify you if your order will take longer than the times listed in our FAQs page.
